The value of a slower pace
Busy days have a rhythm of their own. Slowing down — even for a few minutes — lets that rhythm soften, so you can meet the rest of the day with a little more ease and attention.
Averiya Yoga
A thoughtful approach to yoga, movement, and everyday wellbeing — created to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention.
Our philosophy
Yoga, at its simplest, is an invitation to return to the present moment. At Averiya Yoga we keep that invitation close — every class, breath, and pause is designed around slowness, awareness, and care for how you feel.
Yoga is less about what you achieve and more about how you arrive — in your body, with your breath, and in the present moment. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome exactly as you are.
There are no postures to get right and no standards to meet. There is only the practice itself: a few minutes of honest attention, offered to yourself in a space that asks nothing of you but presence.
Our programs
Whether you are new to yoga or returning after time away, there is a place to begin here. Every program is rooted in the same simple idea: move gently, breathe fully, and notice how you feel.
A soft, unhurried practice built around comfort and ease — a kind way to reconnect with your body after a long week.
Explore program
Sequenced movement linked to the breath — a flowing practice that builds warmth, focus, and a sense of ease in motion.
Explore program
Deeply calming poses held for longer with full support — a practice designed around stillness, release, and rest.
Explore programA considered practice
Each practice at Averiya Yoga begins with the same question: what does your body need today? The answer guides the pace, the postures, and the space you hold for yourself.
There is no rush to get anywhere. There is only the practice itself — slow, attentive, and always within reach.
Why practise with Averiya Yoga
A chance to release the pace of the day and let your breath set the rhythm. In a life that moves quickly, the mat is a place where time softens.
Thoughtful, aware movement that feels good in your body — not pushed or rushed. Every posture is an invitation to notice rather than to perform.
A warm, welcoming space where you can practise exactly as you are, without pressure. Whether it is your first class or your thousandth, you belong here.
Wellbeing, day to day
Busy days have a rhythm of their own. Slowing down — even for a few minutes — lets that rhythm soften, so you can meet the rest of the day with a little more ease and attention.
Movement becomes nourishing when it is done with awareness — noticing how each part of the body feels, and moving in a way that feels good rather than pushed. Intention turns exercise into care.
The quieter you become, the more you can hear within yourself.

The Journal
Consider this a quiet corner for reflection — a place for thoughts on moving with intention, resting well, and finding small pockets of calm in ordinary days.
Reflections on yoga, slowness, and everyday wellbeing will be shared here soon. Until then, we invite you to explore wellbeing or our programs.
