Illustrating the Restorative Practice practice

About this practice

Restorative Practice uses supported, long-held postures to allow the body and nervous system to truly settle. Blankets and bolsters do much of the work, so you can soften into stillness. It is a quiet counterbalance to a demanding day — rest made into a practice.
